The two associates met during the construction of heavy water company in DR. TR. Severin the proiect manager for the turbocompressor of suphuric hydrogen 1 and 2 equipment was mr. M. Rotaru (equipment produced by his own design,. Also including the hydraulic sealing of the shafts) while mr. V. Negoita conducted the mounting operation of these equipment . During this project both of them gathered impressive experience while the equipment was intensively tested under extreme and heavy conditions these tests were needed because of the high risk involved of the equipment .
These we added to their previous experience in rafinaries and thermo-electric power plants.
